Coming from a logistics and business background, Iván co-founded iContainers (sold to Agility Group). He’s been coupling logistics and technology for 15+ years.

Oriol Lampreave

Cofounder

Jumps out of planes. Cracks digital growth for logistics players.

Ex-CMO of iContainers.

Marketing and data geek. Oriol joined iContainers young and grew with the business, becoming CMO and shaping the company’s entire inbound strategy until its exit.

Why do we do what we do?

Iván and Oriol worked together for 7+ years at iContainers — one of the first online freight forwarders — which was acquired by Agility Group in 2019.

Iván co-founded iContainers in 2007, long before digital freight became venture capital’s next frontier. Oriol joined in 2015, building an acquisition funnel and inbound strategy that helped drive +12M annual visits — while most forwarders were still stuck cold-calling.

We don’t hide it: we burned through $6M figuring out what didn’t work. It wasn’t pretty — but it taught us what actually drives sustainable growth.

After the exit, we founded F5 to bring those lessons to the logistics industry. In a market where many still burn cash chasing vanity metrics, we help logistics players build acquisition engines that convert — and businesses that last.
